3. Secure Packaging: Carefully repackage your eyewear using its original packaging to protect it during transit.

4. Ship with Care: Attach the return shipping label to your package and send it back using a reputable carrier.

5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order cancellations & refunds

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or need to cancel for any reason, we’re here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to intercept the order before it’s processed.

That said, our fulfillment team moves quickly to ensure fast shipping—so cancellations aren’t always possible once an order is underway.

If we’re able to cancel in time, your payment will be fully refunded. Just note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What does "UV400 & Polarized lenses" really mean?

Yes! All our sunglasses are UV400 certified, providing 100% protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays.

What Does "UV400" Really Mean?
UV400 means our lenses block all light rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers — covering both UVA and UVB rays — for complete, trusted protection.

3. What Do Polarized Lenses do?
Polarized lenses reduce harsh glare from surfaces like water, roads, and glass, so you see colors more clearly and details more vividly.

Wrong billing address

If you realize that you have entered the wrong billing address for your order, don't worry.

As long as your order has been successfully processed and confirmed, we do not need to update the billing address.

How do i track my order

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey in real time through our tracking portal.

Once your shipment arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over the final delivery. They’ll reach out to you with updates—either via email or SMS, depending on the contact details you provided at checkout.
